Starting the struggle of life at a very early age, I have traversed the tough road to success through myriad experiences and experiments. In my quest for success, I ventured into many a enterprises ranging from Transportation and Coal to Hospitality & Films, some of which met with huge success while others were moderate. Through these enterprises, I have come across thousands of people, a few successful and still rising on the path of success, and others merely dragging on with their lives. In my interactions with them, I found that the biggest lagging was in the basic education. While people went through their education merely passing exams for degrees, they lacked in the basic skills of effective Communication and Arithmetic.

These experiences have proved very helpful in pursuing one of the most important missions of my life - setting up of Agarwal Public School. Over the last few years, umpteen days and nights have been devoted by the APS team, in preparing an eleven year master course christened as Learn-by-Fun. The course has been designed with a view to strengthening the base of every child before he reaches teenage. The special techniques developed for this course have been patented and training imparted to teachers for mastering what is going to be a revolution in Schooling. My aim is to go beyond routine teaching and educate every student to become a success in his life.
